Yogalates is a unique fusion of yoga and Pilates, designed to give you the best of both worlds in a single, empowering workout. Over 6 weeks, you鈥檒l enjoy 1-hour sessions that combine the mindful flexibility of yoga with the core-strengthening precision of Pilates. Led by certified yoga teacher, Stephanie Guindon, this full-body practice will leave you feeling balanced, strong, and refreshed.
Each class weaves together:
- Core Strength & Stability: Target deep abdominal muscles to improve posture and support your spine.
- Flexibility & Balance: Flow through yoga postures that increase mobility, range of motion, and body awareness.
- Mindfulness & Breathwork: Calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance focus through guided breathing techniques.
- Full-Body Conditioning: Strengthen and lengthen muscles using bodyweight exercises.
With adaptations for all fitness levels, Yogalates is perfect for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. You鈥檒l leave each class feeling both energized and centered - ready to carry that sense of well-being into your everyday life.
Classes end with a short meditation and optional temple massages with essential oils.

Yoga mats and blocks are provided in the program. However, you can bring your own if you`d prefer!
